Grassy Mountain CabinsGrassy Mountain also offers a large log lodge with a stone fireplace, comfortable sitting area, library, and piano in the living room. Attached to the lodge is a meeting room and game room. Relax on your front porch, look out on the acres of lawn and enjoy the scenery. Try a game of horseshoes or volleyball, play with your children in the sandbox or on the swings, gather around barbecue area for conversation and delicious summer barbecue-grilled cooking, or go for a walk on the trails through Aspen Grove. Ranch packages are available for weddings, reunions, and special events. We also provide guided truck or four-wheeling trips to the top of Grassy Mountain and a children's trout fishing pond. Grassy Mountain Lodge & Cabins is just 20 minutes from Hot Springs, 30 minutes to Smith River, Missouri River, and Canyon Ferry Reservoir. It is also 55 miles from Helena. Activities

Directions
Grassy Mountain Cabins is halfway between Townsend and White Sulphur Springs. We are 1 mile off Highway 12 in Central Montana. From Helena, go south on Highway 287/12 to Townsend, then turn east onto Highway 12 toward White Sulphur Springs. At mile marker 23, follow Grassy Mountain Road to our lodge, restaurant and cabins. From White Sulphur Springs, go south on 89/12 and stay on 12 toward Townsend. At the top of the hill, turn left onto Grassy Mountain Road and continue 1 mile.
